Privacy Policy

ArcCard helps you remember the people you meet and the context that makes each connection meaningful. This policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.

Information you add

ArcCard stores the information you choose to add, such as your name, contact details, profile links, photo, notes, events, and the context around people you meet. If you use contact exchange, we also receive the details that another person chooses to send you.

Usage and visit information

When someone visits ArcCard, we may record basic technical information such as the page visited, referring site, browser and device information, approximate city, region, and country derived from network data, and a first-party visitor identifier. If you are signed in, a visit may be linked to your ArcCard account. We do not use this data to identify anonymous visitors by name or collect precise GPS location.

How we use information

We use this information to provide your digital card, help you capture and find relationships, sync your account, protect the service, understand basic service usage, and respond to support requests. We do not sell personal information or use your relationship data for advertising.

AI features

If you use an AI feature, the content needed for that feature may be processed by our configured AI provider. AI suggestions are provided for your review. ArcCard does not silently replace information you entered, and you decide what to keep.

Sharing and public cards

Information from your workspace is not published as part of your public card. A public card shows only the fields and links you enable. When someone uses your exchange form, the details they submit are saved to your ArcCard network. If they include an email address, ArcCard sends them a copy of your public card and the details they shared. If your public card displays your email address, ArcCard also sends you a notice with the details they shared. These exchange emails include only public card fields and information the visitor chose to submit.

Service providers

ArcCard relies on trusted infrastructure providers, including Supabase for authentication and data storage, Resend for account and public exchange emails, and optional AI providers for features you choose to use. These providers process information only as needed to provide their services.

Security and retention

We use authentication controls, database access policies, and protected storage to help keep account information safe. We keep information while your account is active or as needed to provide the service. You can delete people and other information from the app, and you can request account deletion.

Your choices

You can update your profile, control which fields appear on your public card, remove people and notes, stop using optional AI features, or ask us to delete your account. You can also unsubscribe from non-essential messages. Account and security emails may still be necessary to operate ArcCard.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as ArcCard changes. When we make a material update, we will revise the date below and provide notice through the service when appropriate.
